One of the men arrested in the home where fallen Memphis Police Officer Martoiya Lang was shot appeared in court today.
Willie Braddock's case will be moved to the same court where Officer Lang's accused killer Treveno Campbell is scheduled to appear tomorrow.
Braddock was arrested inside the home, when Officer Lang and her partner were executing a drug search warrant.
Attorney General Amy Weirich says Braddock will not be charged as a co-conspirator.
At this time, Braddock is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
